When the task is no longer required but you want to retain the information in the task.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to the Task Details page
- Click on the 'Cancel' button
- In the popup window click 'Yes'

The Task will now be 'Cancelled' status and it will be in the Cancelled Task List. You can still view this task and if required; |
