- Go to the filter bar on the relevant table
- Click on the bar to open the filter
- Enter details in the field/s that are relevant to your search and apply the filter
- The filtered information will appear in the table and the filter bar will be red to indicate that a filter is applied
- To clear the filter click on the filter bar to open it and then reset it
