Log into JobFile;

  1. Go to Admin > Organisation Organisations > InternalMy Organisations
  2. Click on Edit in the row of the organisation to be changed

  3. In the edit organisation page scroll down to the reasons and make the required change
  4. Click 'Add' or 'Delete'
  5. Click 'Save'
