It is very important to understand the implications of changing a suppliers email address in ClickHome when they are already linked to JobFile.

 

All of the suppliers tasks are linked to JobFile via their email address. If their email address is changed in ClickHome it will not change in JobFile, instead it will think this is a new supplier and send through their tasks to another new account.

 

If the supplier wishes to merge both email addresses into the one account they can, see here for assistance with this.

Otherwise the supplier will have to register another account with the new email address and they will see their new tasks in this account.
