The manage task to accept job owners dates is used if you have a number of tasks in requested or booked in status and they are now old so they can be 'cleaned' up by using the 'Manage' button.

This can be done in bulk by the primary account user in the requested or booked in task lists pages or 1 by 1 in the task details pages by the assigned user.

Step-by-step guide

IN BULK:

  1. Login
  2. Go to the Requested or Booked In Task List
  3. Click on the 'Manage all requested tasks' / 'Manage all booked in tasks' button at the top LHS of the list
  4. In the popup window click yes.

1 BY 1:

  1. Login
  2. Go to the Requested or Booked In Task List
  3. Select a task that you want to manage
  4. In the task details page click on the 'Manage' button (tick)
  5. In the popup window click yes.


You will receive an onscreen notification to confirm that you have successfully managed the/these task/s.

Now you can either further progress these tasks or move onto something different.
